At Vífilsmýrar, an old cowshed and its silage towers have been given new life as a single-family home, with black corrugated cladding and the striking cylindrical tower preserving the character of the original farm buildings. Inside, concrete, natural stone and timber meet large windows opening onto the mountains — a home that carries its history forward.
